Congratulations to Nat Russell!

The Pipe Band Association Singapore (PBAS) congratulates Nat Russell on the confirmation of his membership to the RSPBA Ensemble Panel.

Nat is also a member of the PBAS Music Board and is a Senior Adjudicator and advisor to this Association.
